Release notes: Onboarding Kit v2 and what changed
A faster intake, a leaner welcome sequence, and a portal cleanup that clients actually finish.
Onboarding Kit v2 is live in your library. The headline change: the intake flow now branches by client type, so 1:1 and group clients see different questions. That alone cut average completion time from about eleven minutes to six in our beta group of coaches.
The welcome email sequence went from six emails to four. We removed the two that nobody opened and combined the scheduling and expectations messages into one. Fewer emails, same clarity — clients responded faster in testing.
The Notion portal got a cleanup: one home page, three subpages, no orphaned databases. If you built on v1, the migration note in the library explains what to replace and what to keep.
Everything is a drop-in update with lifetime access. No repurchase, no re-downloading the whole kit — your library shows the new version next to the old one so you can diff before switching.
