Release note: Onboarding Bundle v2, and why we cut the welcome sequence in half
Version 2 ships today with a shorter welcome sequence, a new intake checklist, and a changelog you can actually read.
Version 2 of the Onboarding Bundle is live in your library now. The headline change: the welcome sequence went from 12 emails to 6. We watched how coaches actually used v1, and most were deleting the middle third. The emails we removed weren't bad; they were just filling space between the two that mattered—the one that sets expectations and the one that asks for the intake form.
The new intake checklist is the other addition. It's a single Notion page that covers what you need before a kickoff call: goals, time zone, decision-maker, access to their tools, and the one thing they're most worried about. Clients fill it in before the call, which means the call starts with substance instead of housekeeping.
We also rewrote the setup notes. Several of you told us the old notes assumed too much familiarity with Notion databases. The new version walks through the first 20 minutes with screenshots and a short video, no prior setup required.
If you bought v1, you already have v2—lifetime access covers updates, and the changelog is in your library. If you're new, the product page now lists every file and format so there are no surprises. One heads-up: the old 12-email sequence is still available as a separate download for anyone who wants it, but we won't be updating it going forward.
