Release note: Onboarding Sequence Pack v2 is live
Twelve emails, new branching logic for group vs. one-on-one clients, and a plain-text version you can paste anywhere.
The Onboarding Sequence Pack just moved to v2. The big change is branching: the sequence now splits based on whether a client joined a group program or a one-on-one engagement, so nobody gets instructions for a call they will never attend.
We also rewrote all twelve emails to be shorter. The old versions averaged 180 words; the new ones average 110 and each has a single ask. Early testers reported fewer reply-all threads and faster completion of intake forms.
New files include a plain-text export for platforms that strip formatting, a CSV of subject lines you can A/B test, and a one-page diagram showing which email triggers which action in your CRM.
If you bought v1, the update is already in your library at no cost. Download the folder again and replace the old files; your customizations live in your own copy, so nothing you edited will be overwritten.
Next up: a version for evergreen, self-paced courses. Reply to your receipt email if you want early access to test it.
