Release note: Onboarding OS v2 is live
We rebuilt the onboarding system around fewer tools, faster setup, and a client hub your clients will actually open.
Onboarding OS v2 is live for everyone who owns it. This wasn't a cosmetic update. We rebuilt the system around three complaints we heard over and over: too many tools, too many steps, and clients who never opened the welcome email.
The biggest change is the client hub. Instead of a PDF welcome packet, you now get a single link — a Notion or Google Doc hub with session notes, resources, and next steps. Clients bookmark it. You stop answering 'where was that file?' emails.
We also cut the setup from 47 steps to 19. The automation blueprints now include pre-written Zapier and Make recipes with screenshots that match the current UI. No more guessing which field maps to what.
If you already own v1, v2 is in your dashboard now at no cost. Import the new hub template, keep your existing content, and delete the old checklist once your next client is onboarded. That's it.
