Release note: Onboarding Kit v2 is live
A faster intake flow, conditional questions, and a welcome sequence you can deploy in under an hour.
Onboarding Kit v2 is out today, and it is a rebuild rather than a patch. The old intake form asked everyone the same 14 questions. The new one branches: solo clients skip the team and stakeholder sections entirely, and cohort clients get scheduling questions up front where they belong.
The welcome sequence changed too. It is now five emails instead of seven, ordered by what clients actually need in the first week: access, expectations, first action, check-in, and a nudge. Early testers reported fewer first-week no-shows and fewer "how do I log in" replies.
One thing we removed: the long orientation PDF. Nobody read it. It has been replaced by a short two-minute walkthrough script you can record once and reuse for every client. If you record it in Loom or a similar tool, you can drop the link directly into email two.
Existing customers get v2 in their download link automatically, no action needed. If you want the migration notes for customizing your current setup, reply to your receipt email and we will send them over. Next up: a proposal template that pairs with this kit, shipping later this month.
