Release note: Client Hub v2 is live, with a simpler onboarding flow
The new version cuts the client setup sequence from nine steps to five and adds a Notion-native checklist.
Client Hub v2 is out. The biggest change is structural: the onboarding sequence is now five steps instead of nine. The old version buried the kickoff call behind two forms and a separate welcome doc. That was too much ceremony for a first week.
The new flow goes welcome, intake, kickoff booking, first assignment, check-in. Each step lives in one place, and the Notion checklist mirrors the PDF so you can hand clients either version without rewriting anything.
We also fixed the thing you kept emailing about: duplicate fields in the intake form. If you bought v1, the update is already in your account at no cost. The old files are still there if you have a client mid-sequence.
One more addition: a plain-text version of every email, for coaches whose clients don't use Notion. It took longer than expected to write, because plain text forces you to say what you mean.
