Today we're releasing the Onboarding Flow Builder—a no-code tool that connects your welcome sequence, intake questionnaire, and calendar booking into one seamless experience. You can now trigger a welcome email the moment a client signs up, send them a personalized intake form, and offer available time slots without leaving the dashboard.
Beta testers saw a 40% reduction in back-and-forth emails during the first week. One coach told us she booked three new clients in a day because the process was finally frictionless. The builder integrates with Google Calendar, Zoom, and Stripe, so payments and sessions stay in sync.
Existing customers get this update free, as always. New users can try it with any of our templates. We've also added a library of pre-built flows for common coaching niches—life, career, health, and business.
