We interview coaches and survey their clients to understand what works and what doesn't. Then we create a prototype and test it with a small group, gathering feedback on usability and clarity. We iterate until it feels effortless.
For example, our client onboarding checklist went through five revisions after coaches told us they needed space for personal notes and a mix of automatic and manual steps. It's that kind of attention to detail that makes our products stand out.
